The great sound from Lincoln Center ceased,
The shooting at the Keumgang San beach stopped,
The candle light protest in Korea was quenched,
The passions in the Catskill Mountain were cooled down,
But the menacing wave of the Atlantic Ocean never stops,
Rainy, snowy, windy, stormy or not.
Jumping into the wave and being soaked with salty water,
Letting bad memories be buried under the sands smoothed by the ebbing tide,
A sound of roaring from the wave deafens to all,
But an appearance of the white clouds in the high high sky,
And an observation of seagulls walking around my given space,
Chasing expected bait from humans.
Into the space between seashore and lofty sky, the roaring sounds of waves,
Flying seagulls seem to fill the space, while lovers on the beach keep busy,
Maximizing the space of lips
Wave, seagulls, sands, wind, lovers and tranquility of mind all glorify
The creator, imprinting the images into memory.
On the beach of Ocean Grove, Atlantic Ocean seashore, June
